Loyalty Bonus Program Returns!

We thank our stellar clinicians for their loyalty and tenure with CMS

Here at Chesapeake Medical Staffing we value all of the quality care and hard work our Healthcare Professionals deliver every day. With that in mind, CMS is excited to reinstitute and enhance our loyalty bonus program in 2015. We recognize that you have many choices in agency in today’s market, and it is because of your loyal contributions that we are the best agency in Baltimore. It is for that reason that we can think of no better way to say thanks to YOU than to rewards those efforts and dedication to CMS.

Effective January 1, 2015, we are excited to offer a performance-based loyalty / tenure rewards to those of you working full-time hours. As stellar agency employees, if you are meeting or exceeding all performance criteria (no clinical complaints, compliance, time and attendance, effective communication w/ CMS, and flexibility), every time you reach a 2,000 hour milestone (with full-time employment you will reach that milestone in less than a year), CMS will reward you with one of the following based on your choice and your area of license/certification:

CRNPs, PAs, PTs, OTs, SLPs, RNs, RRTs, Rad Techs, and Surgical Techs (choose one below):

$2,000 annual increase in pay (hourly wage increase of $1.00 per hour).
accrued paid-time hours bank for vacation, sick time or personal days off. Accrual is based on the number of hours you work. For example, an employee who works an average of 40 hours/week would accrue 40 vacation/sick bank hours in a year (0.02 hour accrued for each hour worked).
reduced health or disability insurance premiums. CMS will contribute to your premiums based on the number of hours you work.

CMAs, CNAs, HHAs, and Monitor Techs:

$1,000 annual increase in pay (hourly wage increase of $0.50 per hour)
Please note, this will not apply to any shifts worked as a “sitter” if you are a CNA – this will only apply to any HHA/floor shifts you may work. Thank you for your understanding.

Remember this benefit will be available at EACH 2,000 hour milestone in your employment with CMS.
