D/N Rotation, 7:00 – 7:30

Currently seeking a M/S Registered Nurse to work for 13 weeks (with possible extension) at Memorial Easton in Easton, MD. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of clinical experience and 1 year in specialty.

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU/Intensive Care Unit

Collect and document data about patients.
Document identified problems using nursing diagnosis including patient teaching needs and discharge planning on patient’s clinical record.
Develop and contribute to a plan of nursing action based on existing problems and obtainable patient response.
Utilize resources (patient, family, nurses, physicians, and written material) to formulate the written plan of care.
Communicate the plan of care by using methods that include action plans, goals and time frames.
Implement safe therapeutic care for patients.

Requirements of the Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU/Intensive Care Unit

Degree in Nursing; Graduate of a school of professional nursing
Minimum 2 years of recent ICU RN experience
Current RN license in the MD state
Need active MD or compact license
Physically able to perform job duties
Reliable and flexible to work 12 hour shifts, nights, weekends, holidays and float as needed
Updated resume, skills checklist, and two recent manager or supervisory references

Starting ASAP
Full time for 13 weeks with possible extension

Rate Details

Please note: Quoted pay rate is for local candidates. Travelers will be paid the equivalent of the local rate minus housing. Housing stipends available. Please note orientation is paid at full rate and parking is reimbursed. Travelers please request a sample pay stub to see your take home wage.
