We love hearing positive feedback regarding our staff – see below form some love for Wendy! Thank you Wendy Matthews for representing us so well at your recent shifts. You’ve been complimented by the staff where you work: As part of my 1:1 staffing meetings, I ask the nurses and aides if they had someone from the agencies that they’d like to recognize, and Wendy Matthews has been complimented multiple times. She is a calm, knowledgeable, and friendly presence to our patients and staff. Please relay our appreciation of her dedicated work from Seasons Hospice. Thank you again Wendy! -The CMS and Seasons Team
Shout out to Lacey Sahuque for getting a great patient compliment recently: I could not be more appreciative of the great care I received during my recent ER visit. Everyone I encountered – particularly Lacey Sahuque RN – was kind, caring and supportive of me and my wife and young daughter. Thank you! Great job! Thank you for such a great job Lacey!
Its always nice to hear good feedback about our employees. To hear it twice in a short amount of time from two different facilities is even nicer! Thank you Josh Beland for going above and beyond in all that you do. After hearing from someone at GBMC how effective Josh was at responding to a code and really taking care of the situation effectively, we heard from Howard County General how much they like him working there. Josh isn’t working as much at Howard and he is certainly missed. We were thanked for sending him, that he was the best, they love him, and really miss him. Josh, keep up … Continued
Its always great to get feedback on our nurses. Kudos to three great ones! Carlos Castro, for providing top notch care to a pt in the ICU. The patient’s daughter wrote a lovely letter expressing her gratitude and said how kind, compassionate, and skilled Carlos is as a nurse. Jessica Simmers, for being awesome working with the kids at Carroll County Public Schools. Andrea Lohman, for going on a field trip (also for Carroll County Schools) and doing an impressive job according to the teachers on the field trip with her. We know our agency can’t be as good as it is without the day in, day out care that our … Continued
Thank you so much Jennifer Lisa for getting great feedback from our new client, Carroll County Public Schools. Jennifer was a substitute school nurse for an elementary school and they commented how much they loved her, citing her organization and how well she worked with the students. They also remarked on her patience and happy attitude and that they’d love to have her return. Thank you for taking such good care of the kids and for making such a positive impression on a new client for CMS. We are so fortunate to have you on our team!
Thank you so much Lacey for your dedication to your craft. A recent patient complimented you to your charge nurse saying how much she appreciated you and the care you gave her. Keep up the great work!
Its always nice to hear great feedback about our staff, and we got a double dose this week. Thank you so much to Stacey Hutzell and Rachana Homagain for being recognized for their exemplary care and teamwork. Stacey was working in GBMC’s SICU when a pt undergoing a gastric bypass had a bowel perforation and contrast tracking into her subcutaneous tissues. After an emergency procedure she went back to the SICU where Stacey was waiting. Rest assured, the pt was in good hands, and Stacey was recognized by a Director. Rachana was working a difficult shift at GBMC’s ER and was recognized along with the rest of her team for … Continued
We would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to our All-Star Kim Earnest. In back to back days, we had two separate clients absolutely sing Kim’s praises. One was a school setting that remarked at her commitment and dedication to making her student’s time at school as safe but also enjoyable as possible, and that she was so wonderful with him. The other was a hospital floor that had no charge nurse during a shift recently, and Kim along with a few other nurses made the unit run like clock work and didn’t complain the entire time. While these are very different sides of the nursing spectrum, Kim applies her nursing … Continued
